Ruby Training, Code Review, and Development Best Practices

Sakuzaku was instrumental in and responsible for supervising all phases of the project, however we were also tasked with training Cerego’s entire 8-person engineering team as they moved from Microsoft .NET to Ruby on Rails in a matter of months. We introduced Ruby and Rails, test-driven development, organized regular code review sessions, and brought to the table other software development best practices, one-on-one and with the team as a whole.
